Teacher's Sad Story, Students Are Annoying and Not Enthusiastic to Learn

Teacher's Sad Story, Students Are Annoying and Not Enthusiastic to Learn - I experienced this story myself.  I am a teacher for junior high school students.  I share this experience because I think it is quite sad.

At first I felt fine being a teacher.  Administration and teaching affairs run smoothly.  I can enjoy the convenience of doing the teaching and learning process with the students in the classroom.

However, since the Covid-19 pandemic has gradually disappeared and face-to-face lessons are being carried out, many things have changed.  The students became annoying and unmotivated to learn.

Why are they annoying?

They don't respect me as a teacher.  I mean respect, not respect.  If they don't want respect, what about respect?

The signs are that they look down on me are that they are always joking around when I teach.  The classroom became noisy and difficult to control.  The anger that I had been holding back for so long finally exploded.  I don't want this though.

There are even some students who frankly say that they do not want the learning process.  "We're lazy", they give reason.

Apart from making me frustrated, they also seem to have no enthusiasm for learning.  No will.

Many of them did not bring their textbooks and pens.  When I asked they didn't answer but just smiled.

What's even more pathetic is that they don't want to write down what I write on the white board.  I had to wait and persuade them to write.  Finally they did what I suggested.

That's my sad story as a teacher facing students who are annoying and not eager to learn.  I don't know where to complain, that's why I'm writing on this website.  I hope someone is willing to give me input on what I should do.
